01 / Full Service Design + Kitchen and Bath Design

Our full service design offering is perfect for clients who want to hire a design team to create their dream space from start to finish. We handle everything from initial design selections to delivery of a photo ready space.

  • This service is for clients who are looking to renovate or remodel parts, or all, of their home. If you’re ready to fully renovate your kitchen, bathroom or other area of your home but have been putting it off because it feels overwhelming, then this service is for you!

  • Full service means that we take care of coordinating every last detail for our clients. This includes: coordinating the alteration agreement, preparing drawings for construction design intent, procurement/purchasing and all related logistics, installation of all fixtures and finishes through completion and punch-list.

    Our full service offering is also inclusive of furnishings and decor selections, custom millwork, and procurement and project management from the start to finish of your project, as well as fully developed design-intent drawing sets and plans.

    We also handle and assist in the coordination of co-op board approvals for alteration agreements and coordination of architectural services for our NYC clients.

Our team has extensive experience with furniture and soft goods and believe that paint, wallpaper, lighting, and amazing furniture can totally transform a space.

  • Our furnishings and decor service offering is for clients who want to furnish or redesign parts, or all, of their home. This service is for clients who are not looking to remodel or renovate, but rather update or furnish their spaces.

  • This service is inclusive of paint and wallpaper selections, furniture, lighting and decor selections, custom millwork, and procurement and project management from the start to finish of your project as well as fully developed design-intent drawing sets and plans.

03 / virtual consultations

Want to work with us but located outside of our in-person service area? No problem! We can consult virtually on many levels.

  • This is perfect for clients who are:

    • Savvy, but need help pulling together some ideas for a renovation or decoration project

    • Have no idea where to begin and need an expert eye to advise on the potential of a space and advise on average design and decoration costs

    • Located outside of NYC! We have successfully implemented full redesigns across the country.

  • We offer both 60 and 90 minute virtual constultations. You can expect to walk-away from this virtual consultation with:

    • Focused design direction regarding layouts, fixtures and finishes

    • Direction on what kinds of elements we recommend to create cohesion, flow and function in your space.

    • Resources: any products or methods we advise you on during our call are yours to use! You will be responsible for documenting these items as they develop during our call time. We will share exact product names and provide link addresses whenever possible.

    • Screen share: when appropriate we will share our screen with you to illustrate a design concept or product.

    • And more! Every design challenge is unique. We are focused on making the most of your time with us and we are committed to delivering customized design advise to you at the highest level.

our process

The Process
01 / project kick-off

All projects start with a brief discovery call followed by an onsite kickoff meeting where we walk through your space, listen to your ideas, take photos, and share our initial design suggestions. From there we establish the scope of work, our ideal timeline, and finalize the client agreement.

02 / schematic design

This is when the magic starts to happen! In this phase we solidify your budget and scope of work, conduct a site survey, develop floor plans and design boards, and begin gathering contractor quotes on your project (if construction is involved).

03 / design presentation

Your first design presentation is where you get to see everything we have dreamt up for your space! We also deliver a full proposal for everything outlined in our presentation and re-spec any alternatives needed.

04 / construction design

This is where we develop a full construction design document set including everything from millwork cabinetry details to tile layout details and elevations. These details are reviewed with the GC to manage the timeline and give us a headstart on scheduling construction milestone meetings.

05 / project management

After all of your product proposals are paid in full, our team gets to ordering. We keep you up to date throughout the procurement process with weekly status updates. We are also overseeing wallpaper installation, painting, and any other cosmetic contractors in this phase.

06 / installation + photoshoot

The finish line! We know you are eager to enjoy your new home so we often complete multiple smaller installations as items arrive. Once your spaces are complete, our team will do a final styling session and conduct a photoshoot of your project.
